We aim to produce a Right First Time design by working closely with design engineers, manufacturers and assemblers as well as considering EMC and DFM issues. We can take a design through the complete PCB design process including entering and managing libraries, drawing circuit diagrams and producing a complete documentation package. This can include manufacturing and assembly drawings and BOM for each PCB, detailing mechanical dimensions, panelisation, board build materials, layer stack up and drilling detail to enable correct and consistent manufacture.

Most designs are complex surface mount boards with components on both sides and often using fine line multilayer PCB technology.

We use Mentor Graphics DxDesigner / DxDataBook / PADS Software and also provide Consultancy and Training services
